Refund Policy

At Deviously Delicious Cakes, every order is handcrafted with care. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we have the following refund and cancellation policies in place.
1. Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all advance orders.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless the order is canceled by us.

Full payment is required at least 7 days before pickup or delivery.

Orders placed within 7 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Changes

If an order has been paid in full and is canceled, the first 50% is treated as the non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus the cost of any decorations, toppers, or special materials already purchased for the order.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the pickup/delivery date are non-refundable in full.
3. Quality Concerns

We take pride in delivering cakes and treats that are fresh and delicious.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos and details.

Refunds, store credit, or replacements for quality concerns are provided at our discretion.
4. Store Credit

In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit may be offered if, for example, an order is canceled after full payment but before significant preparation begins, or if you are unable to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances.

Store credits must be used within 6 months of the issue date.

Store credit is valid only for equal or lesser value of the original purchase and is non-transferable.
5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available for an additional fee, discussed at the time of ordering.

Once an order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for damage due to handling, transportation, or storage by the customer.
