Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Deviously Delicious Cakes. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Availability

All products are made-to-order from our home bakery.
Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice for all cake orders. Requests with less than 2 weeks’ notice may be accepted based on availability.
Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may be limited based on our schedule.
Submitting a quote request does not reserve your event date. Your date is confirmed once your quote is approved and the required deposit is received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, any payments made will be refunded.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all advance orders.
Full payment is due at least 7 days before pickup or delivery.
Orders placed within 7 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Please review that policy for details regarding deposits, quality concerns, and store credits.

Delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Once an order leaves our possession, Deviously Delicious Cakes is not responsible for damage due to handling, transportation, or storage by the customer.

Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.

Custom cakes and treats are handcrafted and may vary slightly from inspiration photos due to artistic interpretation, available materials, and environmental conditions.
Colors, textures, and decorations may differ from images provided by the customer or samples viewed online.

Deviously Delicious Cakes is not liable for:
- Damage to products once picked up or delivered.
- Issues caused by customer-provided storage, handling, or display conditions.
- Events outside of our control, such as weather, traffic delays, or third-party service disruptions.
